Goulburn Jnr Tour Report

Our juniors have come away from the Goulburn junior tour with some great results and for some their best efforts to date.
In the U9 group Gabriel Jakobson had a great weekend with a couple of wins a 2nd place and a relegation which got him 2nd on GC.
Gabby Forman back in ICC colors in the U13 girls was consistently on the improve over the weekend and finished just off the podium.
Curtis Trkulja in the Boys was 3rd on GC with some good riding in the TT.
In the U15 group there was some great results from our 2 younger girls with Emily 5th in the first day road race and Sarah 6th in the 2nd day road race. Without doubt the best results to date from these 2. Amelia Trkulja again proved to be the consistency queen finishing 4th on GC.
In the boys Ryan Britten finished 2nd on GC and Tane 1st in the B division.
Things hotted up in the U17 division with the New Zealand national team there to play, and play they did. In the mens Sam and Luke were their usual reliable selves and battled on in a seriously tough group, Sam picking up a 6th in the first days road race after making the break.
In the Women Shari kept herself in the hunt with a couple of outstanding time trials and Tahlia was a solid 4th in both road races after making the break in both and finding herself surrounded by 6 kiwi girls.
