Groman Plumbing 37.5km Graded Handicap Results

We were treated to excellent condition to start with but by the end of the 1st lap it had started to drizzle. Some tough handicaps were given to the grades (especially ”A” Grade) by 2nd time Commissaire Rod Child. It was had to keep them on the start line as they were frothing to get going!

Dr Bernie (I have a sore back)  Ións must of had some magic potion as he managed breakaway (off limit) from everyone  to hold on for his 1st win and 2nd race at the club, Jason (I need some new wheels) Hogan took the bunch sprint for 2nd and Chris Bell took out 3rd in his 1st race at the club.

Luke Meers was fastest time and Paul (spell his name correct) Oyston 2nd FT.

Thanks to the TC’s Abe and Brad Martin, Dave Raymond, Neil Arnold and Shane O’Brien.

Thanks to David Estell for the pictures
