ICC Track cycling action this week:
Tues - club track training at velo Illawarra (Unanderra) with Gary Mandy and Neil Leifels Jnrs 5pm, snrs 5.30pm. 

Wed - jnr track skills and kids try the  track with Karen Thornton 3.45pm. Club bikes available 5yrs up.

Jnr coaching with KT and Kieran Heffernan 4.45-5.45pm

Motorpaced warmup then teams pursuit training with Gary Mandy (Mick Kejda is away) 6pm

Fri - club track night, kidz participation, jnr and snr grades, sign on and warmup 6.30, racing from 7pm.

Pls note - Cycling Australia kidz, silver licences required for training; gold licences required for racing.
