[Members] Where's Howard Grimshaw?

Hello All,

I have been contacted by an old timers of the ICC, Hans Vennemann, he is 
trying to find out about the Whereabouts of a fella called Howard Grimshaw.
If you know anything give him an email.

There are some good pics attatched, one of Lionel and another that looks 
to have the Arnold rollers in it ( gees they have seen some Km's) - are 
they the one and the same?

Hello Chris,
Some time ago I became a subscriber to the club's mailings in the hope 
to spot a few names of fellow riders and up until now there has been 2
Lionel Covington and one that my father often mentioned, yours, an 
'Allen', 'Don' or 'Chris', I'm not sure as I can't ask him he passed on 
in 1993.
Lionel was a member of the pro club and I spoke him only once which I'm 
sure he can't remember. During one of our club meetings I
suggested to introduce training behind the scooter because of something 
that I had read and could be beneficial to ones performance.
My guinea pig was Howard Grimshaw as he was a colleague (he worked at 
'the South Coast Times' and I at 'the Illawarra Daily Mercury'
he was also a pro.
In 1967 I won the 'Southern Districts Sprint Championship' as track 
sprinting which was my specialty. I rode the Muswellbrook-Tamworth
as an Enfield-Burwood rider once and finished 10th of course on a 
handicap (I was glad that I was able to finish it)
I got married to my Austrian wife and we decided to go on a 
working/racing holiday for 2 years on an open ticket during this time
we decided to stay but unfortunately due to work commitments and family 
life wasn't able to put 100% energy into the sport and after a few years
became a recreational rider which did me no harm (apart from the 
overweight).
At present I'm scanning all my slides/photos and came across 
the pictures in the attachment and was wondering if anyone knows the 
whereabouts
or anything else regarding Howard, he would also be close to 70 years of 
age.
