Operation on tibia delayed until Friday, unfortunately haven't been able to
get swelling down.

As for the accident, simply a matter of the truckie not seeing me and
turning right into me at Onesteel. I had a split second to react and veered
to the left which lessened the impact, I would have been in serious trouble
had I not. Unfortunately this has left me with an extremely battered and
bruised right side of my body.

I will be off the leg for 8 - 10 weeks, but still consider this to be lucky
given the circumstances.

Subject: [Members] Jeff Vaughan Floyd

Unfortunately Jeff had a small altercation with a truck's bull bar this
morning, it could have been a lot worse.

He has a broken scapula and tibia. A decision will be made in the morning
whether to operate on the tibia. Most scapula brakes are just left to heal,
ask Frank Soto.

He is at Wollongong casualty in good spirits(mainly due to the morphine).
