[Members] Traffic Control course

We have 13 people so far, another 3 required as we have to pay for 16
whether we have the numbers or not.

The course is at Dapto High School on Saturday 21st January, starting at
8:30am and going until near 2pm. Morning tea and lunch is supplied by the
Club and the Club covers the cost of the training, close to $100 per person.
