    Dear ICC members,

    The AGM minutes were sent out by the previous secretary on the 24th
    of November 2011 to several email addresses - for checking only.  I
    assumed they had been sent out to all members so please accept my
    apologies for not getting them out sooner.

    Thanks to Wal Erven for taking the minutes at this meeting and for
    his role as Secretary which I have taken over for since the AGM.

    There are many people committed to seeing the club thrive, but its
    success depends on the input from the members.

    If you have ideas on how to make the club better please take part in
    the survey emailed to you recently.

/Wal Erven/read the minutes of the 2010 AGM. The accuracy of the minutes 
proposed by /Phil Jones/ and Seconded by /Barb Wyles./

/Marcus Arnold/then presented an excellent report on the Club Juniors., 
who had an outstanding season. Results are on the club website. In his 
role of Junior Development, Marcus has been encouraging others to join.

Treasurers Report was presented and read by /Patricia Gooley/. The ICC 
currently has 204 members. The Annual Club Presentation is being held on 
Sunday 27^th Nov at 5pm, with 90 attending.

/Phil Jones/presented a Report from Wollongong Council on Unanderra 
Velodrome. The Council would rather the ICC take responsibility for all 
Maintenance and Repair. Phil suggested that this was an anomaly as other 
sports organisations don't have such a heavy burden. Phil continues to 
liaise with WCC.

/Keiran /Heffernan'sProperty Report was presented in his absence.

Wal Mullany presented a quick Junior's Report.

Jeff Vaughn-Floyd presented a quick report on the state of roads in his 
role as Events Co-ordinator.

*All Committee positions were declared Vacant and new elections were 
held for all positions.*

*Meeting was opened to General Business*

/Jeff Gray/led a vigourous discussion concerning Marshalling, Traffic 
Control and Traffic Control Courses, all of which are currently beyond 
being sustained.

Currently we have 33 TCs, need 66.

Much discussion followed about raising funds, paying TCs, Road courses, 
notably

Marcus Arnold suggested that funds taken at Track be used to pay TCs

Frank Soto suggested that the ICC amalgamate with Wollongong MTN bike Club.

Jeff Vaughn-Floyd suggested that for road races, non TCs pay $15 entry.

/Neil Arnold/is to survey all members regarding a range of issues.

/Keith Bennett/suggested that the ICC should not save so much and that 
current members should reap the rewards of positive club balances.

/Marcus Arnold/suggested that the club needs more positive publicity.

/Shane Visser/said that members need to know when all the training rides 
are on.

/Barbara Wyles/asked Commisaires whether they wanted to train to Level 2.

The next Committee Meeting was set for December 12^th .

AGM closed at 9:20pm.
